Refund Policy
Refund terms for MGV76 digital products.
Effective date: September 25, 2026
1. Digital products
MGV76 sells downloadable digital products. Because digital files can be accessed and retained immediately after delivery, purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered or a valid download has been made available, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. When we will review a refund request
We will review requests involving a legitimate issue such as:
- a duplicate charge for the same intended purchase;
- a verified technical failure that prevents delivery or access and cannot reasonably be resolved;
- an incorrect product delivered due to an MGV76 fulfillment error; or
- a refund right that is mandatory under applicable consumer law.
3. Situations normally not eligible for refund
Unless required by law, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, failure to review the product description before purchase, dissatisfaction with business results, incompatibility that was reasonably disclosed in the product description, or inability to achieve a particular forecast, inventory, financial or operational outcome.
4. Technical support before refund
If a file is unavailable, corrupt or delivered incorrectly, please contact us first so we can attempt to restore access or provide the correct file. Contact support@mgv76planning.com and include the purchase email and transaction reference if available.
5. How refunds are processed
Payments are processed through Paddle. Where a refund is approved or legally required, it is processed through the applicable Paddle transaction and normally returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment method and financial institution.
6. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes non-waivable rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law. Where local law gives you a right that conflicts with this policy, the applicable legal right prevails.
