1. About MGV76

MGV76 Integrated Planning (“MGV76”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an independent digital products and advisory business based in Mexico. We provide practical planning tools, templates, dashboards and related advisory content for business use.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or purchasing an MGV76 digital product, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Notice and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

3. Products and services

Product descriptions, features, formats and prices are shown on the relevant product page. Digital products may include spreadsheets, guides, HTML dashboards and related files. Advisory or customization services, when offered, are separate from the standard digital-product purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page. Applicable taxes may be added, included or otherwise handled at checkout depending on customer location and applicable law. Payments are processed through Paddle. Paddle may act as merchant of record for the transaction and may collect billing, tax and payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.

5. Digital delivery

After a successful transaction is verified, eligible purchases are delivered electronically through a secure download process. Download links may be time-limited for security purposes. If you experience a legitimate delivery problem, contact support@mgv76planning.com.

6. License and permitted use

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, each purchase grants one purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use. You may make reasonable working copies for your own authorized internal use.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share publicly, sublicense, upload to a public repository, or make the files available to third parties as a standalone product or competing commercial offering. You may not remove ownership or copyright notices.

7. Forecasting and business-use disclaimer

MGV76 tools support planning and decision-making but do not guarantee business, financial, inventory, service-level or forecast outcomes. Forecasts and recommendations depend on data quality, assumptions, market conditions, process discipline and user judgment. You remain responsible for validating inputs and making business decisions.

8. Product compatibility and user responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your environment can open and use the stated file formats and for maintaining appropriate backups of your own data. Unless specifically included in the purchased version, setup, data loading, customization, integration and technical consulting are not included.

9. Intellectual property

The website, methodology, written content, layouts, digital files, dashboards and related materials are owned by or licensed to MGV76 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase transfers a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, replace or discontinue website content or product versions. We will not intentionally remove access to a completed purchase without a legitimate operational, legal or security reason.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MGV76 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or digital products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Refunds

Digital-product purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. Mandatory rights under applicable law always prevail over any conflicting policy language.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply in the purchaser’s jurisdiction.
